The first 24 hours are critical. This determines whether your journey to a healthier and improved you will last or whether you’ll be tempted to give up in just a few days.

It’s entirely possible to eat healthy on your own without any extra help. At the same time, a healthy diet doesn’t just mean eating healthy food products. It takes a lot more. It’s crucially important for a meal plan to consider your personal needs and desires. And also to ensure that your body gets proper nutrition. - Record your current situation

I’ve suggested starting by selecting 10-15 favourite dishes and only stick to those at first. 10-15 recipes will nicely cover the varied needs of your body and won’t overwhelm a beginner at the same time.
Also think ahead when going to work and bring your own food that doesn’t take that much cooking. And of course you can cook for several meals at once.
- Make a shopping list

- Start moving
You can lose body weight without exercise. At the same time, exercising and physical activity makes it much easier. This first exercise doesn’t necessarily have to take place in the first 24 hours, but it’d be good to start with it within the first week. If possible, get a friend involved as well. It’s easier together.
